Anderby Parish Council make it a hat trick with a £2700 award bringing the total value of grants awarded in the past 3 years to £27500
Anderby Parish Council have won a grant for £2700 to make the Church suitable for tourists visiting our 12th Century Saxon Cross and getting us recognised on the Historic Lincolnshire platform.
In 2019 the Parish Council won £17500 to renovate the disabled walkway and provide a beach access mat and beach wheelchair. The PC also provided £4100 in the form of labour.
In addition to this, the PC successfully applied for a grant of £6300 to supply and fit speed cameras in Anderby Village.
The PC receives £6000 pa from the Council Precept. Over half of this must be spent fulfilling our statutory obligations.
The PC have now succeeded in winning over £27500 in grants, increasing our available spend by 300% and at no cost to the Parishioners.
