Defib machine available in Anderby Creek
Thank you for your email enquiring about defibrillators in and around Anderby Creek.
According to records on the National Defibrillator Network (The Circuit by the BHF) there is currently one active Community Pubic Access Defib (CPAD) in Anderby Creek.
It is located outside Poppas Bar on Sea Rd. each CPAD, each CPAD has an activation radius of 500m. in the image below I have plotted a circle to shoe the coverage of the defib at Poppas Bar.
We are aware of the condition of the defib cabinet on the shop in the carpark at the sea front, the salt in the air has corroded the cabinet at a rate faster than we experience inland. A replacement cabinet has been ordered to replace this.
