Anderby Parish Council

Notice is given that the Parish Council meeting will take place on:

Monday 18th October 2021

 Village Hall, Anderby Village.

Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 7.00 pm during this time Members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.       

Members of the public and press are welcome.

The council meeting will commence at 7.15pm.

This notice summons all members of the council to attend from 7.00 pm or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity.

PARISH COUNCIL AGENDA

  1. Apologies for absence
  2. To receive Declaration of Interests
  3. Notes of meeting held on 20th September 2021 to be approved as Minutes.
  4. To receive reports from outside bodies
  5. Update on Action Notes generated from last APC Meeting.
  6. Financial statements 6 months to end September 2021
  7. Agreement/Confirmation of standing orders, risk assessments, and policy documents.
  8. Review of cemetery fees
  9. Discussion on any fundraising/grant requirements
  10. Complaint from Residents re: café at Anderby Creek
  11. APC web site and Facebook for APC
  12. Agreement to purchase Christmas trees for Anderby/Anderby Creek
  13. Agreement to purchase Memorial Wreath
