Anderby Parish Council Notice is given that the Parish Council meeting will take place on: Monday 18th July 2022 Village Hall, Anderby Village. Prior to the meeting there will be a Public Forum commencing at 7.00 pm during this time Members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Members of the public and press are welcome. The council meeting will commence at 7.15pm. This notice summons all members of the council to attend from 7.00 pm or submit their apologies to the clerk at the earliest opportunity. 2. Resignation of Alan Vassar Clerk - Alan has had a heart attack with severe complications and feels that he should resign because of this. He has still kept the Council updated with emails/news etc from his hospital bed and the feeling is thyat this should be urther discussed before accepting his resignation. - Unresolved - Chairman to meet with current Clerk.
3. To receive Declaration of Interests - None
4. Notes of meeting held on 20th June to be approved as Minutes - so approved
5. To receive reports from outside bodies - None
6. Update on Action Notes generated from last APC Meeting - deferred

9. Update on capital expenditure and funding for capital projects – incl details of grant issued by ELDC.
