- Review of Exercise classes in Village Hall – survey outcomes etc
Very positive feedback from the participants of the PC sponsored exercise classes. People also suggested other possible groups – Walking and Grow your own Veg. The information on the feedback forms also reflected the positive attitude from the Locals for an outdoor Gym, and this can be submitted to the YMCA as support for our Grant application.
- Planting etc updates
The picnic benches need repairing – the roots need removing out of the Church hedge and the waste land needs clearing – the Clerk suggested that we approach the ELDC group called Pride – after they completed clearing the briars in the churchyard very successfully.
Matthew Davey has agreed to re-secure rails and the matting on the walkway .
- Presentation of anticipated year end accounts/reviewed budget
The letter gone out to Residents claim that the Precept has risen by 7+% and this is incorrect – the increase was 5% - a correction letter to be sent to ELDC.
